1. About Us

BrandingTick provides custom printing, branding, packaging, and corporate gift solutions, including but not limited to business cards, custom product boxes, self-inking stamps, and related products, based in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India.

2. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion.
Order confirmation via email/SMS/WhatsApp does not guarantee product availability; we will inform you if an item cannot be fulfilled.
Prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Custom Designs and Uploaded Content

By uploading a logo, image, or design file, you confirm that you own the rights to that content or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
We do not accept designs that belong to, impersonate, or represent government or government-affiliated organisations, or any content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringing.
We reserve the right to refuse to print any design that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law.
Where a free proof is offered, printing will proceed only after your approval of the proof. Errors not identified at the proof stage are the customer’s responsibility.

4. File Specifications

Customers are responsible for uploading design files that meet our specified format and size requirements. Files exceeding permitted size limits or in unsupported formats may be rejected automatically by the Site.

5. Pricing and Payment

We accept online payment (UPI/cards/net banking) and Cash on Delivery (COD), where available.
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors on the Site at any time prior to order confirmation.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated shipping timelines (e.g., “Ships in 48 hrs”) are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed; actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, custom order volume, or force majeure events.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including logos, graphics, and text (excluding customer-uploaded designs), is the property of BrandingTick and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrandingTick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site, including delays, printing variations within industry-standard tolerances, or misuse of delivered products.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.
